For older women, night-time breathing matters most.

In 2011, a landmark study followed older women for five years and found those with disordered night-time breathing were significantly more likely to develop cognitive impairment. Breathing freely through the nose overnight is part of protecting how sharp you stay.

Quiet, nasal nights are one thing you can do for your future self.
