BMJ · 2010 Looks

Bad sleep shows on your face.

In 2010, researchers in Stockholm photographed people after a full night of sleep and again after a night without it, then had strangers rate them. The sleep-deprived faces were judged less healthy, less attractive and more tired, every time. Snoring and mouth-breathing wreck the sleep behind a fresh face.

Look less tired by sleeping better. It starts with breathing right at night.
